About
Proaxion is an electro-static hygiene and sanitary services company based in Quebec. Their high-tech methods provide protection that can last up to 12 months.
Driven by the explosion of demand created by the COVID-19 pandemic, Phil Godin moved from Quebec to Alberta to lead their western expansion. Throughout the pandemic, the company has grown and now operates in more than a dozen cities across Canada, from Montreal to Whistler.

The Challenge
Phil chose not only to make the leap from the corporate world into entrepreneurship but to move from Quebec to Alberta at the same time.
Naturally, he had a lot of questions; “How should I set up my company? Should I incorporate or not? I was looking for legal advice regarding the direction of the company, about the contracts and agreements I would need to sign.”
